At SHO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
